Bill was a A Cum Laude graduate from California Western School of Law in 1989, Bill spent the next 2 years honing his skills in a 35-attorney, San Diego law firm, before joining Robert Walwick in Oceanside, California as a shareholder in the firm, Walwick & Freed. From then, Bill had practiced almost exclusively in the Wills, Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration, Litigation and Corporate formation areas. In 2018, Bill sold his firm and formed the FREED LAW OFFICE. Bill was a lifelong outdoorsman and boater and was very active in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. He is missed dearly by his family, friends and community.
Brenda Freed
As Bill Freed's spouse, and FREED LAW OFFICE's paralegal and office manager since 1994, Brenda worked directly with clients making sure they received the legal services needed with courtesy and professionalism. She also specializes in preparing Court-supervised fiduciary accountings for trust and probate administrations. She is readily available at the number posted to be of assistance during the firms transition.
