WILLIAM J. FREED, Esq.
A Cum Laude graduate from California Western School of Law in 1989, Bill spent the next 2 years honing his skills in a 35-attorney, San Diego law firm, before joining Robert Walwick in Oceanside, California as a shareholder in the firm, Walwick & Freed. Since then, Bill has practiced almost exclusively in the Wills, Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration, Litigation and Corporate formation areas. In 2018, Bill sold his firm and formed the FREED LAW OFFICE and FREED PROPERTIES LLC, and now manages property and practices selectively in estate planning and trust and probate administration areas, where he is admitted to practice law in California, Ohio and Colorado. Lifelong outdoorsman and boater. Active in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

As the FREED LAW OFFICE's paralegal and office manager since 1994, Brenda works directly with you to make sure you receive the legal services that you need with the courtesy and professionalism you deserve. She also specializes in preparing Court-supervised fiduciary accountings for trust and probate administrations.
